Whether it's taking small steps to incorporate more sustainable practices into daily life, making incremental improvements in personal habits, or participating in local community initiatives, these small movements can create ripples that contribute to larger, positive outcomes. In addition, they can often be more sustainable over the long term.
The Movement Inspiration program is designed to offer you encouragement to keep moving.

WE ARE PLEASED TO INTRODUCE OUR FIRST MOVEMENT INSPIRATION PROGRAM, designed by the professional coaches at CROSSFIT VENERATION in Johnstown.

As we approach the warmer weather, the days of spring start to bring out the folks who hung up their training shoes during the winter. If that is you and you need a little push and support getting off the couch, we have an ‘easy to start’ program for you.

CROSSFIT VENERATION and JOHNSTOWN LIFESTYLE

have partnered together to create a Walking and Running Plan to get you moving and training for the CanCan 5K RUN & WALK on June 8, 2024.

The plans are designed with 10 - 20 - 30 minute training sessions designed to start you off slow and gradually build up your strength, stamina, and distance.
