The goal for our healthy lifestyle events is to enrich the wellness journey of the people in our community. It is also to bring awareness that living a healthy lifestyle can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, cancer, stroke, diabetes, social, and mental health issues, to name a few.

In addition to our programs and events, Johnstown Lifestyle is a beacon of light to other community organizations which help others flourish, by offering our time, resources, and gifting to support their missions. We also contribute to healthy lifestyle initiatives for the City of Johnstown and the Johnstown Monroe School District.
